Also, the ball bearings in my mirrors came loose, I emailed him and within 2 days he sent me an email back with a video on how to tighten them...just saying....I don't understand how I'm the only person whose had luck with his items?

Out of four items that I have purchased (all directly from Jay), I have only received one damaged item. All were shipped promptly.
With the one damaged item, it took nearly 8 month to receive a replacement. This happened after many e-mails.
