I just got my 2019 370z in July of 2020 and went to the dealership for an oil change before I put it into storage for the winter.
When I saw the invoice with 0W-20 I started investigating... 5W-30 is recommended but Nissan moved a bunch of their cars to 0W-20 to meet efficiency standards. The 370z as far as I have seen did not change and the engine was engineered to take 5W-30.
Engineering Explained did a good video on these more popular thinner 20 weight oils (0W is the cold weight and the second number is the hot viscosity) - I should show the dealership it XD...

I am now awaiting an email back from both Nissans info email and the service manager from the dealership to confirm of the correct oil to be using.
On Nissans website it still shows 5W-30 should be used.
Fingers crossed the dealership will offer something to switch to 5W-30...
