Google says it's a little under $16k USD ($20k CAD) which is less than the cost of gas ($23,800(vehicle dependent of course)) for the warranty period, 160,000 km (193k km for long range) or 8 years. This also doesn't account for routine maintenance or repairs on an ICE vehicle.
