They release chemicals that is bad for your health and Nissan is aware of this issue and is still selling those dashboards , this is a defect and if we all can get together we can get our dashs replaced for free or alot lower price then the $1500-2000 that nissan charges at the dealer look at the links below and let me know.

Nissan Dashs ,,,, , Make sure your lights are set to lowest light level then no problems ,. E51 Elgrands have same problem ..
