Priority actually to change clutch and brake fluid as they are both soaking wet with water and you are now asking for a CSC failure. Motul Rbf600 for both.

Changing the transmission oil for some fresh Redline MT85 is a very good idea.

Probably time to swap the power steering fluid for full synthetic as well. Motul ATF VI is my recommendation for that.
What do you mean by “both soaking wet with water”? I changed my power steering rack as well at 19k miles not sure if I should flush out the power steering. Does coolant also need to be changed or that’s fine for now.
