Default Never-ending BP single turbo woes

First the COMP turbo dies after 882 miles. I bought a Boost Lab 6870, plumbed it up for oil and coolant; went for a 101 mile test drive and all was well. Or so I thought.

Went under the car today and found this .

Pretty clearly a leak in the manifold. Appeared within the last 100 miles. Header/manifold flange has F.I. gaskets and was torqued to spec. O2 sensors were also torqued to spec and were tight when inspected.

I've had the BP kit for just over 1,000 miles and I have to say, I am not impressed with the quality control.
