Similar. The 'bug-out bag' usually has enough stuff for 3-5 days, the 'get home bag' is what you would need to get from work to home, to get the rest of your stuff. If you live a considerable distance from work, then your 'get home bag' might have the exact same stuff as your 'bug-out bag'. An hour drive to work might mean you need enough stuff for a 3-5 day trip. YMMV
