Work at a dealership. Not Nissan mind you, but we trade in all different kinds every day. We got a Black on Yellow 2019 Roadster last year, they didn't even check the top. Just traded it right in, and they had no idea until it finally sold months later.
Some dealerships are very lax about trade ins, checking for CEL, drivability, and CarFax/title status then give you a price. Others will go really hard pressing every button, checking every feature, 20 minute test drives, tire tread depth, etc.
If you are disclosing it, then it will adjust the price. If you are not, I can't blame you. It is there job to do due diligence on it.
Also just from my experience, Carmax, Vroom, Etc. give better prices than dealerships almost every time. Only difference is you wont get any type of credit, tax credit, manufacturer bonus cash, etc. if you walk in with cash from CarMax. But for the most part, the amount they pay you will more than make up for the discrepancy.
