Ok. Those enchiladas I made last night with a roasted tomatillo Verde sauce were phenominal. For the party today I've concocted an egg and potato salad with a mayo vinegar sauce. A corn and bean dip with a cider sauce. Assorted cheeses with Pickled kielbasa. 30/50/20 brisket, sirloin, pork handmade burgers. Corn dogs for the kids. Watermelon Fresca and tepache for drinks. Cigars on standby and scotch ready to be poured. Should be an eventful time.
