I'm glad we don't have those any more. We had a PhD (post hole digger) that would pause every 3 words while speaking and talk down to everyone. I didn't care for her much, she would rehash everything that was said every 5 minutes. (So what you are saying...) Gad... how did she ever get a PhD?
