I have a simple switch setup currently with blanks to just set yaw open/closed plus another for a relay open/closed on my diff cooler. So just 2 wires now. Would be cool to convert to lit as a reminder when I forget to turn it on/off at the track.

Here is a sample diagram with fog lamps + relay. I'm sure you can use a similar setup for the Diff cooler. Of course make sure you use a relay and correct fuse. These are not high current switches. If you were to wire that diff cooler pump to it, you would probably melt the switch and/or cause a fire. But, that can happen on any switch. The pump when it first turns on is going to pull in upwards of 20 Amps before it settles down to 5-10.

If the YAW wire your tapping off is power, then you can keep the Dash light lit and when you push the switch (On position), the main LED will illuminate.
