I don't have NDSII, but I do have NDSIII Lite...
NDSIII Lite does have "WB Sensor 1/2", which is the wide band O2 sensor (aka air/fuel ratio sensor) BUT the value is in volts and not lambda or AFR.
Most of the AFR sensors Nissan uses indicate stoichiometric (14.7:1) at 2.20 volts, but that doesn't tell you much, like how rich or lean the fuelling is. It is not a linear relationship, so you can't use slope/offset to calculate it... it needs a lookup table.
BUT you can use Torque Pro or OBD Fusion and add it as a gauge on the dashboard.
Starting in 2008, AFR is a standard OBD PID and depending on how you configure the app, you can display it in AFR or (the better!) lambda.
This will work for your 2014, but I don't think you will see the "O2 Sensor Lambda" for your 2007.
