True values will depend on your location. Once the vehicle is professionally appraised you will know the current value of a 2020 370Z. What was posted above the Anniversary edition 2020 370Z and Nismo models are wanted and desired vehicles in market as well as the 2018 and 2019 370Z heritage edition they are part of the Z history and according to a Nissan rep I spoke to said they will be future collectors cars / collectors items. I would not go by black book values. Sounds like a rare low mileage diamond in the rough you found OP.
