Doc and the NP didnt think a stress test was needed. But I see them at work everyday so theyll keep bugging me on how Im doing. Just gonna keep an eye on the BP. Making a few other changes as well so I can get off the med though. I dont really add table salt to my food, but other things that are high in sodium like soy sauce, broth/stock for marinades and ingredients.

Looking at the salt content for food. If it's low in salt. It's high in fat. If it's low in fat. It's high in salt.

It's hard to find something that is both low in salt and fat.
