Well 100 is a major exaggeration.
So then why did Nissan decide to tag it Fairlady on a car that is touring the U.S.? The U.S., not Japan.
It seems to me either the guy tagging it screwed up, or they still really haven't made up their mind 100% yet.
It doesn't matter to me either way, but this is the first I've seen (and I think anyone here has seen) with the car actually tagged with something other than Nissan and/or Z. So its worth mentioning even if you don't want to discuss it.
Edit: Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't recall the car having such tagging during the unveiling, so I see this as new.
