Yes there is no replacement for that as Rusty pointed out. The rust will only get worse over time. Treat the rust and repaint it as soon as possible. If you drive your Z in the snow/rain and that area gets exposed to the salt and moisture it will cause rust over time. In the winters in PA best option is to use another vehicle as a daily driver.
