Post purchase Inspection
Notes:
Initial inspection reveals vehicle in great condition . Brake fluid tests for high moisture content. Recommend flushing at this time.
Vehicle is also due for a fuel induction cleaning . This service removes carbon from the valves and intake as well as cleans the throttle body.
Time/Mileage also shows differential service and manual transmission service due at this time .

I just picked up the car and the clutch definitely feels different. They changed the brake fluid, trans fluid, and diff fluid as well as induction system clean. I don't notice any difference in the brakes but the clutch engagement feels softer, or more forgiving maybe. All-in-all, the shop confirmed that the car is in great condition. I don't know if it's getting used to the car, the warmer weather, or starting quicker from a stop, but I've noticed the lack of initial throttle response in first. This is one of the things I liked the least the first time around but I hadn't really noticed it much until the past week, or so. Now, I have to decide the following:
- Do I want to preemptively get one of the aftermarket options for the weak CSC? It's got 77k miles so it's possible this has already happened.
- Do I want to get the RJM clutch pedal?
- Do I want to get an oil cooler? (spirited drive this weekend at ~65*F ambient and oil temps went to ~220*F)
- Do I want to get a remote tune by Seb? If so, off-the-shelf or custom?
- Do I want to get the windows retinted due to peeling at the corners of the front windows, or wait until it gets worse?
- Do I want to get an unlimited car wash package?
