I don't know why I noticed today and not before or what disturbance in the force made me look at the end of the charge tube but something made me look. Anyway, when I looked into the charge tube I saw it was slightly dented in at one location. So I removed the rubber connector to fix that and it looks like the charge tube was modified (see picture). So the part of the tube that connects to the front throttle body is missing the rolled bead and the of the tube is not smooth like someone did a real crappy job cutting the end. My question is to anyone that would have the standard Stillen kit installed if you have ever noticed this same thing on your charge tube. I am really curious if this is the s**t that Stillen sends out or if the installer did this crappy modification work. I don't believe I was getting any vacuum leaks at this point, even though the rubber connector does not fit as snug on this tube the clamp should keep it sealed.
The installer to help him fit it most likely.
