My truck beat me up, and I'm feeling it. Got the rear King shocks on. The King shocks are about 2.5" longer and are pressurized to 250 psi. I had to lift the rear of the truck up and have both rear tires off the ground. Bolt the top of the shocks in place. Then use a small bottle jack to lift the shock up so that I could lever it into place.

Got the front driver's side shock on. The front King shocks are about 4" longer. Disconnect the sway bar. Remove limit strap. Loosen up the master cylinder so that I could wiggle it. Jack the driver side up. Fight the old shock out. Start to install new shock. Jack the truck way up. Wiggle it into place. Mount the new remote reservoir. Had to move a ground cable to make room for the remote reservoir. The hole I was going to use stripped out. Had to retap the hole bigger and find another bolt to use.

I always hate changing shocks out on my truck. Not as fancy as yours though. I use Bilstein yellow/Blue. On my 2nd set.
