If it's under warranty, make the fuckin dealer fix it. And don't settle for anything else. Make them bring in a competent mechanic to do the work under warranty if necessary. Talk to the dealership GM or NNA (Nissan North America - i.e. Corporate).
If the dealer won't cover it under warranty and charges too much then take it to a shop that can fix it for a reasonable price. The work the shop does can't void your warranty under the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (Google it if you don't know).
