After much measuring and comparision, here is how I did mine:

I did not re-use the OEM sheet metal dust sheild.

I did add a custom steel washer I bought at the hdw store to place between the body and the top thick poly bushing. You can see it in the second pic. This would shim the pinion down just slightly.

Works perfectly for years now.

Do not reverse the thick and thin whiteline bushings or you will have noise and vibration.

BTW: whitelines instructions are bad, really bad.
