There’s a couple Daytona track days in there but a lot of PBIR (palm beach intl raceway) and Sebring track day options throughout this year.

Wife reminded me that Daytona can be a $$ trck day, iirc, the one coming up in April is $1k for a two day event plus $200 if you also want a garage, (you want a garage).

PBIR and Sebring are cheaper, but Daytona is more centrally located.

Then again, maybe we don’t even need to coordinate the get together with a track day at all, although I figured that’d be pretty cool either to spectate or drive.
