Dragon isn't worth dealing with the large number of law enforcement and other tourists due to its popularity. There's plenty of other roads in the region you can have all to yourself.
It was mentioned to run the road in morning before LEO gets there and party all night. I assume we're talking about drinking etc.? I'm quite sure some are still drunk or hung over and go spirited driving on the Dragon? Ya I'll stay away from that or any other like scenario.
