Yes, that is a false hope. Get the correct supporting mods to go with whatever you are building. Then, learn how to drive it. In a high hp car you always have to be ready for the unexpected. They will surprise you when you least expect it. 700whp is not too bad. Go above that and it goes up exponentially.
