The dealer is Carmax so it's doubtful they will do anything. The car itself looks absolutely brand new and only has 1500 miles. $32K seems little steep but they are usually $1-2K high on all their cars. I'm happy to walk without some concessions on their part. It's a nice used car but it ain't exactly a unicorn.
The wheels do have "RAYS ENG" on the face.
