By going electric car. This is the choices people will have in a few years after buying the car. Most people can't afford new. So it's going to be rebuilt or junkyard. I see a environmental problem coming. What to do with the cars and batteries being thrown away. You can scrap the car, but the battery is going to be an issue. I can hear the tree huggers screaming now.
