There wasn't any negotiating really. I sent him the same email I sent out to 16 dealers in western Canada (see
this thread), and he responded with his price.
I then removed the optional
Nitrogen in Tires and
Security Etch, so that dropped it down another $500. He didn't argue at any point, and I just went into the dealership, signed, dropped $1000 deposit and was done.
He was going to see if they could make a request to give me the Persimmon Orange seats in the white car, but I have the feeling it's not possible. We'll see. I believe mine will be on the same delivery as yours.
