Random misfires can be a lot of things. The MAF, O2 sensors, the spark plugs, ignition coils, and bad gas.

I'd start by adding a fuel cleaner with your next tank of gas. Sometimes that helps.

Also depending on your miles, maybe it's time for a tune-up. I'd replace all the plugs and see what happens. And it wouldn't hurt to replace the ignition coil in the No. 3 cylinder.
