ItI had this happen recently. Service Engine Light.......Replace Ignition Coils

First time I cleaned the mass air sensors and throttle bodies and it corrected the issue.....Today it happened again.

Today it was just 2 codes repeated 3 times.

P0300 : Random Misfire Detected
P0303 : Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected

Not sure if I should just replace it. And by chance could cold weather possibly cause this?
