If the govt regulations and big tech try to get COCs to be able to share the road with POVs then we end up with COC HOV high speed lanes perhaps but still ability to get around like we do now if you so choose. (Best option)
However, if the direction legislation and tech development takes is based on he premise that humans are too dangerous behind the wheel and must be taken out of the equation, then we move into one of my worst nightmare scenarios bc we will lose yet another freedom in the “interest of safety and the common good”. (Worst option).
