Unless you need special wiring connectors, you can buy raw wire in spools and do the wiring yourself. This can save a lot of money. For tweeters and mid-range speakers, I used 16-14 gauge zip-cord. Cheap, easy to find, and has good insulation. But that was years ago and somebody may have a better alternative.

I've been reading a lot about choosing the right amp. Currently looking at 4 channel amps. I've seen people going through 3 pairs of speakers for not using the right gauge and connectors. I will be chatting with the Crutchfield reps to guide me through it since I purchased the speakers and tweeters from them
