Thumb position on revolvers is more of a knowledge issue than a hand eye coordination issue IMO. One thing I think is not helping is all the tacticool/tactical elitist YouTubers, forum posters, article writers, etc. hyper focused on AR-15s, AKs, Glocks and other main stream "tactical" firearms. It's a good thing that all there is a lot of info out there about using guns for self defense and fighting for our 2A rights but I think hobby side of guns is starting to be hurt by it.

I agree, hand eye coordination does play apart in not hitting the target but also the lack of knowledge doesn't help. How to use the sights right, press the trigger properly, proper grip, not anticipating the shoot, not jerking the trigger, etc. are all things that need to be learned. Unfortunately a lot of people can't be bothered or willing to learn.

I agree there is a lot of fools, morons and drama queens on FB but it serves a purpose for me.
