No need to cap them unless you're worried about some small bugs/critters taking up nest in the tubes. If you drive the car enough you won't have that problem.

Perfect - it’s a garage car, never sees cold or snow
With my A2A Stillen setup these hoses really get in the way! TopGunz V1 is a very tight fit with the charge pipe and I think the TB bypass would help free up alittle space.
