Painted is just automotive paint. Powder coating is supposed to be more durable but it is questionable on how it affects the metal of the wheel as the wheels have to heated for the powdered paint to cure and adhere to the wheel. These are still available and I need them gone like yesterday! Let me know if u want them zeto
