I'm making more jerky
Just sliced up and started marinating 2 ~5lb roasts. Will start tossing that in the dehydrator this weekend
We've been drying fruit none stop since saturday. Lots of apples
did a pineapple that was silly good, 4 more of those going in later today
Dried a couple pounds of strawberries last night and those turned out pretty good for a first try too
