Had trick or treaters going through the hood this afternoon. None of them were wearing medical masks. Township hours were 1 to 3 pm. Boro hour hours were 2 to 5 pm. I live in the township, but 3 houses from the boro line. So we had the trick or treaters roaming the hood from Noon until 6.
95% of them wasn't from the hood.
