I think the product itself is really high in quality, but the customer service has not been the best to deal with. They barely reply to my e-mail or phone calls these days.

It doesn't matter, I have the kit on and it is working as intended for now. I just hope that if something goes awry with anything to do with the kit, that they are going to be there to support me.
