I added more crushed red pepper and a splash of hot sauce to the rest of the meat that dried overnight
I tried it before coffee and was plenty awake by the time i got my first cup
I should go grab a couple roasts and let some marinade for a few days. I know what I made won't last long. I need to get a coarse pepper grinder too, give them a quick sprinkle right before going in
