At the age of 47. I put down the weights for the most part. That's when I had my hip replaced.

Didn't want to put to much weight on it. Because I don't want to go through another surgery on that hip. I would play around with the lighter weights. When the first wifey past away in 2011. I lost interest in a lot of things.
