Now my 'little' brother Joe on the other hand does multi rep sets in the 350s and is aiming for the 400 mark before he plateaus. But his legs and cardio are weaksauce.

When I was at Elliott. Elliott had gotten a Corporate membership at the local YMCA. The one machinist there. His goal was to hit 400 lbs. He said once he hits it. He's done. He hit 400 lbs, and quit. Just walked away from it. Never went back.
He was all upper body. No legs.
