Been there myself, until I received a labrum tear in my left shoulder
After that, I would just do sets with 225.
Flat & incline bench, would do sets of 12-15 RepZ
Shoulder got better & I’d ease back up to sets with 275
Nope, just 2-45’s per side & letter fly
Been several years since I’ve been in the gym, that wreck in January 18’ nearly took me out
