Default Fuel Injectors and Rails Question

Hey guys, recently while driving my Z I stalled at a light. The first time I stalled, I figured I just wasn't paying attention to what I was doing. I'm sure some of you guys have done the same lol.

But when I got to the next light, I put it in neutral then looked at my idle. It was a little lower than normal, but close to normal. While in neutral, I tapped the gas and felt the idle initially go even lower then the RPMs went up.

After the light changed, I gave a little gas and started letting off of the clutch and the idle dropped again then the car stalled again. So after that I just gave a decent amount of gas so I wouldn't stall again.

But the only thing I can think of that'd cause me to stall like that is the injectors. I know I'm due to have them cleaned/replaced. I figured I'd replace them and the rails.

So my question is, do you guys think it'd be the injectors causing this issue? And what are some of the better injectors and rails?

My Z is still NA and probably won't be going FI for awhile, plus the supercharger kit I'd get has new injectors anyway.

Thanks.
