Too much going on to be a fuse but wouldn't hurt anything.

I'd start checking ground cables. Something either got unhooked or pinched/cut when the motor mounts were put in.

Grab your jumper cables. Just use 1 of them to ground the engine to the battery and see what happens. If the power comes back on with that you know for certain a ground came undone somewhere
