I asked my self the same question be4 going twin turbo, I ended up NOT getting it because I was not pumping enough fuel for my pressure regulator to float open, which is when you need a stand alone pressure regulator and with a return system. But if am goin to burn E85 for example, I will need a 450fuel pump to pump a sufficient ammout, this will cause the OEM pressure regulator to float open forsing me to get a return system with a new pressure regulator.
