Well that's my story for now and if my closed deck build fails...well I will join the others in the it was fun until it went boom club!

All these post I have been putting up are to help people be informed and not join the blown headgasket club. We can always keep the boost at a lower level and stay safe. That is really the big question. What level is safe. I thought I new about what that was but there is so much misinformation out there it is hard to tell. It does come down to cylinder pressure. So if you are at 11:1 compression the boost level will be much lower than someone with 9:1, 9.5:1, or 10:1. People trying to make 900hp blew their headgaskets with a closed deck block.
