I'z up.

In pain. My breakfast was 2 Bayer Back and Body aspirin.

Woke up about 5:30 with leg cramps, body aches, heart burn, and night sweats.

Over did it yesterday, plus the hot dog with spicy mustard and onions before bed.

Sprinkling outside now.
