It's usually just a rebore and a larger plate used to do it for gm v6's if a shop really wanted to get fancy they could fixture it up for a lathe and turn out many sets in a short amount of time from standard cores. If i wasn't working 12hr days already and had a set of throttlebodies to work with i'd do it myself. Maybe in spring once tax return, i mean accesport gets here. Can't see why GTM couldn't do this for a couple hundred. It really matters what size hole is in the plastic manifold because sticking an 80mm throttlebody on a 76mm hole isn't going to do jack.
