If car pulls to one side when applying brakes then one front is not stopping as much as the other. So sticking caliper, glazed rotor or pads on one side, air on one side. I would take the front brakes apart and do a very precise inspection and go from there. If it's only at high speeds maybe stay under 100 LOL!!
