I did a manual swap on my car, the worst part is installing the clutch pedal.
If you didn’t move a couple pins from the BCM and IPDM then you will have the key light. Also reconfiguring the BCM with a MT part number and reprogramming the ECM with a MT part number(assuming you’ve done that) should finish off the electronics side. If you need any info on which wires to de-pin, or which wires need to be added to gain a real factory feel and look, PM me.
