My storage unit company is trying increase prices on me for 2nd time in barely a year

The same company has since built another facility even closer to my house. I have a reservation there for over $30 cheaper per month

Just need to make sure I can lock in that rate - looks like I'll have to pay a year upfront but I get the 13th month free.
